British Woodworking Federation

As members of the British Woodworking Federation we are required to comply with their strict code of conduct ensuring that we offer excellent service to our customers. All members are committed to the BWF Code of Conduct, demonstrating they are dedicated to a higher level of quality and professionalism.
 
We also have a continuous programme of training and updating the knowledge of our skilled joiners both from external sources and 'in house' to ensure that we keep pace with change and comply with all of the latest legislation. We are particularly proud of the success of our apprentices over the years.

Fensa Membership

FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and other industry bodies with Government encouragement in response to the current Building Regulations for England and Wales.

As members of Fensa we are able to offer certification to our customers to confirm that windows and doors that we supply and install comply with current building regulations, we are regularly checked by the British Board of Agrement to ensure that we adhere to the rules. The certificates are then dispatched to our customers to verify that their windows meet the current legislation, these certificates are particularly important when it comes to selling their property as these will be asked for during conveyance.
